As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Minneapolis, MN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a premier hotel and resort location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $19.80 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and reporting issues through proper channels.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, common areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assist with access control practices, and support orderly operations during peak guest activity, special events, and/or deliveries.

Communicate with site contacts, local authorities, and Allied Universal leadership as needed regarding incidents, disturbances, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have 1+ years of security-related experience.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
