Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a resort location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support a welcoming environment for guests, residents, and staff. In this role, you will remain visible to help discourage security-related concerns, respond to site needs with professionalism, and deliver outstanding communication and customer service through teamwork, reliability, and integrity.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, residents, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and Allied Universal policies for the location.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or guest authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.

Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation related to daily activity at the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned lobbies, entrances, common areas, and perimeter spaces to identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
