As a Security Officer - Patrol - Full Time in Horicon, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will be part of a caring team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity while helping create a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and verify entry permissions for visitors, vendors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols, while reporting concerns or irregularities to the appropriate personnel.

Support order at the location by observing operational activity, reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations, and assisting with evacuations or other emergency procedures when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
