As a Security Officer Patrol Services in Smyrna, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing updates with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking lots, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, verify credentials and shipment-related information when required, and report unusual conditions, hazards, and/or policy violations.

Support day-to-day operations by maintaining visible presence at assigned posts, assisting with traffic and trailer movement areas when appropriate, and completing required reports, logs, and other site documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
