Consult with Project Area Office Managers on work schedules, material procurement and personnel matters which will affect the operating budget. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:GS-07: One year of experience to include performing at least 2 out of 3 of the following duties:1) tracking budget allocations or expenditures for an organizational budget and 2) analyzing organizational staff timekeeping data an automated system and 3) tracking contracted services for completion prior to payment. OR Education: One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as public administration, business administration, industrial engineering, industrial management, or other administrative or management fields related to the position to be filled. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 18. Add the two percentages. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
