Job Title: Electrical Technician
Job Description
The Electrical Technician assembles and wires electrical control panels, interprets blueprints and schematics, and connects valves, pumps, and instrumentation to ensure fully functional systems. This role also involves running and bending conduit, installing panels on equipment, and testing machines after installation to verify safe and reliable operation.
Responsibilities
Assemble electrical control panels from start to finish using detailed blueprints and electrical schematics.
Interpret and work from electrical blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to ensure accurate panel layout and wiring.
Wire panels, including mounting and connecting components such as breakers, relays, contactors, and control devices.
Run and bend conduit to route electrical wiring safely and efficiently according to specifications and codes.
Hook up valves, pumps, and instrumentation to control panels and devices, ensuring correct connections and functionality.
Assemble panels and install them on machines or equipment, coordinating with other team members as needed.
Test machines and systems after panel installation to verify proper operation and troubleshoot any issues.
Use hand tools and electrical assembly tools safely and effectively during panel assembly, wiring, and conduit work.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Document work as required, including noting any issues, adjustments, or changes made during assembly and testing.

Work Environment
This role is based in a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility described as one of the nicest in the area, providing a clean, comfortable, and modern workspace. The position follows a first-shift schedule, working four 10-hour days from Monday through Thursday, with flexible start times. The environment supports hands-on electrical work, including assembling control panels, wiring, and running conduit, using standard hand tools and electrical assembly tools. The facility is production-oriented yet organized, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficient workflow.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.
