DUTIES: Lead the end-to-end software delivery process from design to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of applications and services. Oversee the development, testing, deployment, support, and maintenance phases with a strong emphasis on automation and operational efficiency. Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and refine software requirements and user stories. Provide accurate effort estimations and feasibility assessments based on technical complexity and resource availability. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and detailed design documentation. Work closely with engineers and architects to review and validate system designs, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and performance goals. Participate in design reviews to evaluate hardware/software interaction, scalability, and maintainability. Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and secure software applications using various programming languages and frameworks. Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards. Apply object-oriented and functional programming principles depending on the application architecture. Apply Machine leanrning and GenAI in the application workflow. Design, implement, and execute comprehensive automated test plans and strategies using business and technical requirements. Develop robust test scripts for dynamic application security testing (DAST), interface testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Collaborate with QA engineers, architects, and stakeholders to validate test environments, test data, and expected outcomes. Diagnose and resolve configuration, environment, and performance-related issues in production and preproduction environments. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) of production issues and implement sustainable code fixes and improvements. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed applications, ensuring high availability and reliability. Support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and assist in automating build, test, and release processes. Participate in release planning, version control management, and deployment to various environments. Monitor application health and deployment outcomes to ensure stability and performance. Programming/Scripting Languages: Proficient in Python, PL/SQL, Machine learning, Genai, Java, Angular/React and Shell scripting for automation and backend development. Hosting application on Azure platform. Utilize Python, PL/SQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. Utilize UNIX/Linux, and Shell scripting. Utilize Java Full Stack and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies, including experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and other Machine Learning automation techniques. Implement end-to-end
Machine Learning and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions for enterprise-scale applications, including model development, deployment, and integration with business workflows. Work with
large-scale enterprise applications requiring streamlined solutions to support very large data sets and performance optimization. Build and architect dynamic, scalable solutions to handle high volumes of data and transactions.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation utilizing Python, PL/SQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL; utilizing UNIX/Linux, and Shell scripting; utilizing Java Full Stack and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies, including experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and other Machine Learning automation techniques; implementing end-to-end Machine Learning and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions for enterprise-scale applications, including model development,
