Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
Join our team as a Warehouse Worker on the 1st Shift. This role supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring accurate receiving, picking, and shipping of materials. The position requires active, hands-on work throughout the shift and strong attention to detail in processing incoming and outgoing shipments.
Responsibilities
Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment, including parcel and palletized freight.
Package, label, and organize shipments to ensure safe and accurate delivery.
Coordinate carrier pickups and generate necessary shipping documentation.
Select cost-effective and efficient shipping methods based on order requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound shipments.
Assist internal teams with locating and delivering materials across the facility.
Identify, assemble, and prepare hose/product assemblies as needed.
Partner with Purchasing & Inventory to maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Consolidate shipments when possible to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and participate in training.
Essential Skills
Shipping and receiving experience.
Previous warehouse experience.
Forklift operation.
Inventory management.
Experience with SAP, RF scanners, and ERP systems.
Mechanical assembly skills.
Packing and material handling abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior warehouse experience is a must.
Forklift experience preferred.
Experience with barcode scanners and/or ERP systems (SAP preferred) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift 25-55 lbs. frequently and perform physical work throughout the shift.
Basic English communication skills (read, write, speak).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.16/hr.
