Warehouse Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join their team. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse and supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $24

Shift: 6AM to 3PM, Saturdays and OT as needed

What's the Job?

Process inbound freight by packing slip and purchase order, and outbound shipments ensuring proper labeling and documentation

Prepare parcels for shipping and assist in replenishing received products into designated storage locations

Support cycle counting activities and maintain accurate inventory records

Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely and report any issues

Coordinate with quality inspection teams to ensure proper staging and sampling of materials

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent; AA preferred

3-5 years of warehouse and/or technical office experience

Proficiency in warehouse management systems and PC environments

Ability to lift 10-50 lbs and operate forklift and other material handling equipment

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to work independently
