will matter! HOURS - 40 Hours, Days PAY RANGE - RN: \$31.92 - \$48.83
per hour - LPN: \$26.66 - \$45.02 per hour DISCLAIMER - We are committed

experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. SUMMARY -
Provide clinical and administrative nursing support in a primary care
setting under the direction of Practice leadership and providers. Duties
include patient care, telephone triage, patient education, vitals and
injections, phlebotomy, medication authorization support, clinic flow
coordination, and participation in quality and safety initiatives. May
provide coverage at other Heywood Medical Group locations. ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS - Conduct friendly, courteous, and respectful interactions
with patients, visitors, and staff. - Perform patient care tasks
including triage, assessment, vitals, injections, phlebotomy, basic
office lab tests, and EKGs. - Provide patient/family teaching and assist
with discharge planning and follow-up instructions. - Communicate normal
and abnormal lab results to patients and providers; escalate per
protocol. - Queue orders, process prescriptions, and utilize
prescription monitoring tools per procedure. - Manage
provider-controlled substance registry per policy. - Complete clinical
inbox/practice bucket tasks, document in EMR, and maintain accurate
patient records. - Obtain prior authorizations for medications,
procedures, and diagnostic studies as required. - Prepare educational
materials and forms as directed by providers. - Mentor clinical staff
(e.g., Medical Assistants) and assist with training. - Maintain
infection control, sterilize instruments, and manage clinical supplies
including state vaccine program. - Collect copays, reconcile deposits,
and perform assigned clerical duties as needed. - Participate in
meetings, training, quality improvement activities, annual mandatory
education, and HEART program concepts. STATEMENT OF OTHER DUTIES - This

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Exerts up to 20 pounds occasionally, up to 10
pounds frequently, or negligible force constantly to move objects. -
Frequently reaches and handles. BEHAVIORAL ATTRIBUTES - Achievement

customer service orientation, interpersonal effectiveness, teamwork,
analytical thinking, and information seeking. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS - Current Massachusetts RN or LPN license
required. - Current BLS certification required. MINIMUM WORK
EXPERIENCE - One (1) year experience as an RN or LPN in a medical office
setting preferred. REQUIRED SKILLS - Excellent written and verbal
communication. - Strong customer service and prioritization skills. -
Comfortable with computers; EMR knowledge preferred. - Ability to
maintain HIPAA compliance. - Flexibility to work occasional evenings and
weekends and reliable transportation for travel between locations. HOW
