Pay: $61,443 - $92,164 per year. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:
This role is ideal for individuals beginning their careers within the Salesforce ecosystem and marketing technology environment. The position will work under the direction and mentorship of senior team members while gaining hands-on experience supporting digital engagement and communication initiatives. Candidates will receive on-the-job training and exposure to modern CRM, marketing automation, and customer engagement technologies within a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on innovation and continuous learning.
The primary focus of this role is supporting and executing communication journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email, SMS/text messaging, and in-app messaging campaigns. Responsibilities include journey building, audience and list uploads into the CRM, content creation and management, campaign setup, quality assurance testing, and ongoing support of digital marketing initiatives. The individual will also assist with general Salesforce operational support such as user administration, role management, and data maintenance while working closely with marketing, communications, and digital experience teams to help deliver personalized and engaging consumer experiences.
The selected candidate will work with a seasoned team at the Catalyst Building in Denver's RiNo district. In this collaborative, team-oriented environment, the CRM Solutions team focuses on innovation, problem-solving, operational efficiency, and consumer engagement at the intersection of healthcare, Salesforce technology, data and AI. We build scalable solutions that enhance communications, personalization, and engagement.

The CRM Solutions team operates in a hybrid work environment designed to support both collaboration and flexibility, with team members working in-office four days per week and remotely one day per week.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
Exposure to or familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
