Accounts Receivable Administrator (Data Entry Focus)

Location: Greenfield, IN (Fully Onsite)

Schedule: Full-Time

Type: Contract-to-Hire

About the Role

We're working with a manufacturing company in Greenfield that is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Administrator to support their team. This role is heavily focused on high-volume data entry, invoice processing, and cash application. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys repetitive, detail-oriented work and keeping things accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and process a high volume of customer invoices into the system

Review and verify billing data for accuracy before posting

Assist with maintaining customer account records and updating information

Provide general administrative support to the accounting team as needed

Requirements

Qualifications

1-3+ years of A/R, billing, or data entry experience

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable working in a high-volume, repetitive data entry environment

Basic Excel skills and experience working within an ERP system

Reliable and consistent with strong organizational skills

Able to work onsite full-time in Greenfield
