Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Formulation Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Formulation Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to the development and manufacturing of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to safety and process improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Formulation Manufacturing Technician

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $24hr

Shift: 1st Wed- Sat 4am- 2:30pm

What's the Job?

Support all local manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth production processes.

Set up and operate general production equipment efficiently and safely.

Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize downtime.

Complete relevant documentation following GDP/GMP guidelines accurately.

Perform cleaning of equipment, small parts, and production areas to maintain a clean environment.

What's Needed?

Good written and verbal communication skills with understanding of cGMP regulations.

Proficiency in mathematical disciplines and familiarity with metric and USA measurement standards.

Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions precisely.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Willingness to work in a clean room environment, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
