Join the team as a Manufacturing Technician I - Handpiece Repair Technician and help support the repair, maintenance, and quality testing of dental handpieces and small equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What's a typical day as a Manufacturing Technician I? You'll:
Perform basic service and repairs on handpieces and small equipment as assigned
Diagnose equipment issues and conduct failure analysis using testing tools and equipment
Document device evaluations, repair recommendations, and required parts on service work orders
Perform preventative maintenance and quality testing according to established specifications
Use hand tools and testing equipment to complete repair tasks accurately and efficiently
Provide limited technical support on assigned products when needed
Read and follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and repair documentation
Maintain accurate repair records and service documentation
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Follow company safety policies and maintain a clean and organized work environment
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Possess basic mechanical or electrical skills
Have strong attention to detail and troubleshooting abilities
Can read and understand written instructions and technical documents
Have basic math, logic, and computer skills
Work well independently and in a team environment
Are willing to learn advanced repair techniques and product knowledge
Can lift up to 20 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment
Nice-to-have skills:
Experience in mechanical repair, assembly, or manufacturing environments
Familiarity with hand tools and testing equipment
Previous experience repairing small devices or equipment
Basic knowledge of electrical or mechanical troubleshooting
Strong organizational and documentation skills
