Regional District Manager Retail leads and directs multiple retail stores within a district to achieve sales growth, profitability, and operational goals. The role is responsible for meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends and competitor pricing, overseeing promotions, and ensuring effective store-level execution. What We're Looking For
College degree or 5+ years of management experience
1 year experience in the tire industry.

Proven leadership experience managing teams, including recruiting, hiring, training, and developing employees.
Background in retail or related environments, with at least some experience in sales and customer-focused operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead through team-based management practices and drive performance using structured quality or continuous improvement approaches.
