Adecco is seeking a compassionate, professional bilingual (Spanish/English) Office Coordinator to support clients in a solo office setting. Many clients are elderly and unfamiliar with technology, so patience, empathy, and strong customer service skills are essential.

Office Manager

Bilingual Office Coordinator / Client Services Rep (Spanish/English)

6 Month Contract to Hire.

Responsibilities include:

Opening and preparing the office

Greeting clients and walk-ins

Assisting clients with basic computer setup for virtual attorney meetings

Scheduling appointments

Collecting, scanning, and sending documents

Depositing checks

Requirements:

Bilingual Spanish/English

Experience with G Suite and Microsoft Word & Excel

Comfortable working independently (remote support always available)

Professional presentation required (strict dress code; no visible tattoos)

Details:

Virtual interview with VP & HRBP

NCRF, no drug screen

30 min unpaid lunch + two paid 10 min breaks

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
