Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
The Warehouse Worker oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient facility that supports field teams and project requirements. This role coordinates material deliveries to job sites, manages inventory, tools, equipment, and vehicles, and helps maintain a safe and well-functioning warehouse environment. The position requires a hands-on professional who can balance operational responsibilities, occasional driving duties, and clear communication with project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure an organized, efficient, and clean facility.
Supervise and support warehouse staff to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate and execute material deliveries to job sites, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Serve as a backup driver for company deliveries, including operating an F150 truck for trips up to approximately three hours away.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming freight and materials for accuracy and condition.
Track and document all incoming and outgoing materials to maintain accurate records.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory counts to minimize discrepancies.
Manage company tools, equipment, and vehicles, including tracking usage and location.
Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs for company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
Coordinate special warehouse projects and assist with planning and execution as needed.
Support field teams by preparing, staging, and loading materials and equipment for job sites.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures within the warehouse and on company property.
Support building and property maintenance to keep the warehouse and surrounding areas in good condition.
Communicate regularly with project managers and superintendents to align warehouse activities with project needs and timelines.
Prepare and submit timely reports and documentation as directed.
Use hand and power tools safely when handling, organizing, or maintaining equipment and materials.
Perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, crouching, and carrying materials as required.
Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse and company operations.
Essential Skills
Proven experience managing tool, equipment, and material inventory.
Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent punctuality and reliability with a strong sense of responsibility.
High attention to detail in handling inventory, documentation, and deliveries.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a small team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear coordination with team members and project leaders.
Ability to regularly lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks such as climbing, crouching, and carrying materials.
Willingness to work overtime, including nights and weekends, when needed to support operations.
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with warehouse tools, equipment, and vehicles.
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools in a warehouse environment.
Capability and willingness to drive an F150 truck for deliveries up to approximately three hours away.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with warehouse operations, warehouse management, and inventory control.
Experience with delivery driving and coordinating material deliveries to job sites.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
Understanding of construction tools and acoustical materials is preferred.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.
Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred.
Experience supporting safety standards and property maintenance in an industrial or construction-related environment is beneficial.
Comfort working in a small team environment where flexibility and collaboration are important.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
