What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Providing direct administrative support to the Executive Administrator, ensuring smooth executive operations.

Assisting with calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, travel logistics, visas, and expense reporting.

Coordinating conference rooms, catering, visitor support, and meeting preparations to enhance organizational efficiency.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have previous administrative support experience (preferred).

Possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.
