Position Description:
This position can be filled from Phoenix, Pittsburgh and Charlotte with a strong preference for Phoenix, PA, in a hybrid capacity.
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with deep experience in financial / banking billing systems. The candidate will own requirements definition, billing workflow management, and system integration across commercial and treasury product lines, while ensuring billing accuracy and compliance with financial controls.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Define and document functional requirements for banking billing platforms - fee schedules, invoice generation, billing cycles, and reconciliation engines.
. Manage billing workflows across DDA, treasury management, commercial lending, card services, and deposit products.
. Configure and test billing system changes; ensure fee assessments align with product pricing strategies and client contracts.
. Analyze billing data flows between core banking platforms, GL systems, and billing engines; document all integration points and data mappings.
. Partner with Finance and Revenue Accounting to validate billing outputs and ensure accurate GL posting.
. Write SQL queries to investigate billing data, perform reconciliation checks, and support audit requests.
. Lead requirements-gathering sessions with Finance, Product, Operations, and Technology stakeholders.
. Author BRDs, functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.
. Coordinate UAT, defect triage, and sign-off; support production deployments and post-go-live hypercare.
. Maintain system documentation and change logs to support audit trails, SOX testing, and regulatory review.
. Support billing API design for commercial clients integrating billing infrastructure.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. 7+ years in business systems analysis with 4+ years in banking or financial services.
. Hands-on experience with banking billing platforms - S2 Billing, Volante, nCino, BillingOrchard, or equivalent.
. Strong SQL skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
. Experience with core banking platforms - Fiserv DNA/Premier, FIS Modern Banking Platform, or Jack Henry Silverlake.
. Solid understanding of banking fee structures, billing cycles, GL posting, and revenue recognition.
. Familiarity with SOX IT controls and PCI-DSS compliance requirements.
. Proven experience writing BRDs, functional specifications, and user stories in Agile or Waterfall environments.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 - $156,700.00.
