[The Digital Marketing Specialist owns the strategy, execution, and optimization of the company's digital presence. This role blends web design, UX leadership, SEO, generative engine optimization, answer engine optimization, and marketing automation with hands-on management of multiple CMS platforms, including WordPress and DNN. The ideal candidate is a hybrid marketer--technologist who can build, optimize, and scale digital experiences that drive measurable growth across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven discovery ]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Direct the design, development, and maintenance of all company websites, ensuring a high-performance, secure, and brand-consistent digital presence. Own the end-to-end website UX, including navigation, mobile responsiveness, content structure, and interaction.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Create, publish, and continuously refresh website content that drives engagement and conversions.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

Develop and execute SEO initiatives, including technical audits, keyword mapping, on-page optimization, schema markup, and strategic backlink acquisition.

Create and carry out Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to strengthen brand visibility across AI-driven platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.

Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) practices to capture featured snippets, direct answers, and AI-generated summaries.

Lead and build HubSpot marketing automation, using sophisticated workflows, lead scoring models, and segmented nurture programs.
