Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a Physical Therapist for our client in Russellville, AR !

Type: 3 + months, with potential for extension

Pay Range: $57 to $59/hr

Location: Coverage areas: Russellville- parts of Johnson, Logan, Yell and Pope counties

Schedule: 8 am to 4:30 pm; Monday - Friday; 32 to 40 hours a week

· Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:

· Conduct PT evaluations and assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes.

· Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state regulations, evidence-based practices, and agency policies.

· Monitor patient progress, document visits and outcomes, and communicate changes in condition to the care team.

· Educate patients, families/caregivers, and team members on treatment plans, goals, and functional progress.

· Complete required documentation, progress notes, discharge summaries, and evaluations in compliance with CMS, state, and agency guidelines.

· Supervise PTAs and home health aides as permitted by state regulations and agency policy.

· Travel throughout the assigned service area and nearby locations as needed to provide patient care.

· Participate in staff meetings, in-service education, weekend rotations, holiday coverage, and ongoing professional development.

· Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications for the Physical Therapist:

· Home health experience required

· Arkansas Physical Therapy License required

· CPR Certification required

· HCHB experience required
