Physical Therapist

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a Physical Therapist for our client in Batesville, AR !

Type: 6 + months, with potential for extension

Pay Range: $57 to $59/hr

Location: Coverage areas: 50-mile radius surrounding Batesville, AR

Schedule: 8 am to 4:30 pm; Monday - Friday; 32 to 40 hours a week

· Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:

Primarily responsible for conducting Physical Therapy (PT) evaluations, reassessments, and Start of Care (SOC) visits for home health patients.

May also provide ongoing treatment visits as needed to support patient care and continuity of services.

Must be efficient in documentation as the policy is sync back time in 24 hours or less, and priority of thorough, quality care visits

Qualifications for the Physical Therapist:

· Home health experience required

· Arkansas Physical Therapy Assistant License required

· CPR Certification required

· HCHB experience required
