As a Security Officer Patrol Team Member in Fort Worth, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic transportation location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. In this people-first role, you will support access awareness, assist visitors and staff, and deliver strong communication and customer service while working with a reliable team that values agility, innovation, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details to site contacts and/or local authorities when needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, employee access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access, verify credentials when required, and document security-related concerns according to site procedures.

Support transportation-related operations by assisting with crowd management, wayfinding, and incident response during busy travel periods, delays, and/or other operational disruptions.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.

CPR certification is preferred.

A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
