Who May Be Considered: Current Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) competitive service federal employees with career/career-conditional tenure Career Transition Assistance Program (CTAP) Responsibilities Typical work assignments include, but are not limited to: Providing technical direction and oversight on foreign investment risk analysis to ensure Nation Security objectives to secure critical infrastructure assets, systems, and supply chains via the development of robust and rigorous analytic products. Serving as primary stakeholder in information technology operational processes for foreign investment risk programs. Working with members of the Interagency in identifying potential implications to National Security by providing cutting-edge, end to end critical infrastructure and telecommunications risk analysis through threat reporting, entity risk assessments, and risk-based assessments. Representing CISA on interagency working groups and other initiatives designed to develop analysis and solutions to critical issues dealing with foreign investment risk. Administering skills in program and/or project management, with ability to work cooperatively with partners and achieve consensus, evaluating trends and their effects on the mission to achieve strategic metrics, and making and implementing recommendations for significant program improvements.
