As our IT Site Support Specialist , you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless business operations and high end-user satisfaction by delivering world-class IT support to the Danfoss team in Tallahassee, Florida.

Your impact? By providing end-to-end resolution for technical incidents and service requests, you will directly minimize downtime for both office and manufacturing environments. Your proactive support ensures our local teams remain connected, efficient, and empowered to engineer a better tomorrow.

You'll collaborate with global IT teams, local stakeholders, and business partners, taking ownership of onsite technical troubleshooting to help us move toward a more efficient and connected future.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the lifecycle of local IT incidents and service requests, driving them to full, end-to-end resolution within defined deadlines.

Support Danfoss employees in both office and manufacturing environments by troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues via phone, email, chat, or in-person.

Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business partners to maintain strong professional relationships and align with Global Service Desk KPIs.

Use your skills in technical problem-solving and customer service to optimize the day-to-day digital experience of our onsite workforce.

Continuously learn and share knowledge within the team to enhance how we operate, meet performance objectives, and adopt new technologies.

What We're Looking For

Experience or strong interest in IT technical support, with a fundamental understanding of operating systems, hardware, and network troubleshooting.

Proficiency in basic IT support tools, ticketing systems, and remote communication platforms, or an eagerness to quickly learn them.

Ability to work well in both independent setups and collaborative team environments, adaptably moving between office and manufacturing floor settings.

Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly guidance via chat, email, or face-to-face interactions.

A mindset of continuous improvement, proactive problem-solving, and a strong customer-service orientation to achieve performance goals.
