Description

Key Responsibilities Enter and maintain purchase order data accurately into company procurement systems in accordance with established procedures Update order records to reflect current status, including confirmations, revisions, shipment updates, and closures Log and track incoming invoices, packing slips, and delivery confirmations, flagging discrepancies to the approving manager for resolution Maintain organized and accurate procurement documentation files, both digital and physical, as applicable Run and distribute routine procurement reports as directed by management Communicate order status updates to internal teams (Operations, Finance, Warehouse) as needed Escalate any supplier issues, pricing discrepancies, or non-routine requests to the designated manager immediately

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
