Material Handler / Warehouse Associate - Washington, MO

Manpower is hiring!

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler / Warehouse Associate to join a busy warehouse team in Washington, MO. This is a hands-on role supporting daily warehouse operations and keeping production supplied with the materials needed to succeed.

What's in it for you?

Pay: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Weekly pay with consistent hours

What You'll Do:

Receive incoming materials and verify shipments for accuracy and quality

Pull, store, and deliver materials to production areas

Track inventory usage and assist with cycle counts

Operate forklifts and pallet jacks

Report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues

Assist in special projects and urgent production needs

What We're Looking For:

Previous warehouse, stock, or receiving experience preferred

Forklift experience or willingness to become certified

Valid driver's license required

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. with assistance

Comfortable standing, walking, and working in warehouse conditions

Basic math and inventory skills

Strong communication and teamwork mindset

Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
