Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing dispatching support for drivers, and updating dispatch notes in the system. You will also assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

Field incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and professionally.

Provide dispatching support for drivers coming in and out.

Update dispatching notes accurately in the system.

Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in administrative support and customer service.

Experience with Microsoft Office and administrative assistance.

Strong phone handling skills.

Ability to provide top-tier customer service via phone.

Experience in written communication in a professional setting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of clerical experience.

Willingness to learn and be trained.

Work Environment

Join a great team with a very laid-back atmosphere where you'll work Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4 PM. Enjoy a supportive environment where team members celebrate each other's birthdays with homemade brownies.

This is a Contract position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
