The Job:
As a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer - Injection Molding, you'll be part of our Global Operations Transformation team working as a remote employee. You'll get to:
Execute detailed plans, ensuring safe and efficient cessation of production activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to secure equipment, materials, and tooling.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent asset loss or damage.
Document procedures and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Lead ramp up activities by establishing resource requirements and processing programs.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues during ramp up phases to minimize downtime and optimize throughput.
Verify readiness of molds, tooling, and equipment prior to production restart.
Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transition to full production.
Provide expert guidance on mold and tooling selection, maintenance, and optimization.
Advise on corrective actions for mold/tooling defects and process inefficiencies.
The Person:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or other related functions.
7+ years experience in manufacturing engineering, specifically injection molding
Ability to travel up to 50% domestically a month required

The Salary range for this position is $77,600.00 - $124,900.00
