Our Product & Process Manager is responsible for driving the development, execution, and optimization of financing products, sales tools, and strategic initiatives that support Volvo Financial Services business. This role translates key strategic priorities into actionable products and processes that improve sales effectiveness, increase finance penetration, and enhance dealer and customer experience.
A core focus of this role is leading and supporting high-impact initiatives, including digital credit application adoption and enhancement, CRM migration, quote tool development and utilization, and submission-to-funding process optimization. This position also plays a key role in advancing data-driven sales capabilities, including leveraging telematics insights for finance product development.
The role partners closely with Sales, Credit, Operations, IT, and OEM stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions such as pre-approval programs and other strategic financing offerings. By aligning product strategy with operational execution, this role ensures solutions are practical, competitive, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Success in this position requires strong analytical thinking, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive change across systems, processes, and teams.
Core Responsibilities
Product & Process Development:
Design, develop, and enhance retail financing products, sales process, and strategic initiatives that drive growth, improve conversion, and increase market penetration.
Digital Tools & System Enablement:
Lead and support the adoption and continuous improvement of digital platforms, including credit application systems, CRM tools, and quote tools, ensuring integration, usability, and scalability.
Process Optimization:
Drive improvements across the submission-to-funding lifecycle to reduce turnaround times, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall customer and dealer experience.
Data & Analytics:
Leverage data, including telematics and sales activity insights, to inform lead generation strategies, invoicing activity, and continuous product and process improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Sales, Credit, Operations, IT, and OEM teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions and ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Performance Monitoring:
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product performance, digital adoption, process efficiency, and sales outcomes. Continuously refine strategies based on insights.
Governance & Compliance:
Ensure all products and processes adhere to internal policies, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

Education and Experience:
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or similar preferred
5+ years of experience in financial services, equipment finance, product strategy, or sales operations management experience preferred
Experience with financing products (loans, leases) and credit processes preferred
Strong familiarity with CRM systems, digital tools, and sales platforms
Strong acumen for system usage, learning, and understanding
Experience leading or supporting system implementations or process improvement initiatives
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in construction equipment, captive finance, or dealer-based industries preferred
Travel Requirements:
This position requires occasional domestic travel

At the Volvo Group, we strive for a clear, transparent, and straightforward compensation approach, motivating you to contribute to the company's growth. For this position, the base pay is set at $96,000.00 - $118,000.00 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible.? The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
