Client Program Coordinator (Minneapolis, MN) (#4083)
Dorsey & Whitney is seeking aClient Program Coordinator, where you'll collaborate across teams to create external-facing educational programs across in-person, webinar, and hybrid formats. In this role, you will partner with attorneys, Marketing & Business Development, and Professional Development to execute CLE-accredited programs, manage logistics and technology, and ensure seamless experiences for clients and external audiences. Additional Responsibilities Include:
Check against multiple calendars to ensure availability of key stakeholders and resources; reserve rooms and liaise with internal teams on event logistics, such as A/V needs, catering, etc.; vet topics and speakers in conjunction with key attorney and Marketing & Business Development (MBD) stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team on language, design and potential invitees; manage the registration process, ensuring integration between CRM and LMS; promote programs via internal channels.
Support attorneys and MBD professionals with reviewing and finalizing content for client-facing programs; maintain and update templates to promote consistency and brand standards; ensure that final materials comply with CLE regulations and internal guidelines.
Coordinate with the CLE Specialist on client-facing CLE programs to ensure that accreditation requirements are met across relevant jurisdictions; save required materials and attendance records; support CLE Specialist in completing CLE applications and attendance reports.
Schedule and host practice/"tech check" sessions to identify and troubleshoot any potential issues; provide technical support for presenters and attendees; manage chat and/or Q&A, if applicable.
Record attendance in appropriate systems; send feedback survey and compile results; prepare data for relevant stakeholders and recommend improvements.
Play a key role in the planning and execution of signature client events, including working with the events team on venue selection, A/V/technical needs, catering, collaborating with the planning committee, and coordinating with external presenters on calendaring, materials, planning sessions and day-of logistics.
Partner with the Professional Development team on efforts to standardize and document program coordination and CLE processes.
Support the updating and maintenance of the CRM and LMS
Provide support for other Professional Development programs and initiatives, as needed.
What we're looking for:
High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience coordinating programs or events in a professional office environment, preferably for clients/external audiences.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work and collaborate effectively with all levels of personnel.
Demonstrated project management skills; ability to track, prioritize and coordinate tasks for multiple events simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and sense of accountability for producing high-quality programs.
Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines, including occasional short-turn projects.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree.
Experience working with a CRM and/or LMS.
Experience working in a law firm or professional services setting.

The pay range for this position in Minnesota only is $29.44 to $38.10 per hour.
