Our client, a manufacturing environment, is seeking an Admin/Data Entry professional to join their team. As an Admin/Data Entry specialist, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting operations and data management. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Admin/Data Entry

Location: North Grafton, MA

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

What's the Job?

Enter test data from paper files into Access database

File hard copy paperwork accurately and efficiently

Apply plastic/foam wrap, labels, and covers to optical fiber spools

Move small/light spools to rack for pre-shipment

Support administrative tasks within a manufacturing setting

What's Needed?

Basic computer skills and data entry experience

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment

Open to repetitive administrative tasks with occasional light floor support
