As a Marketing Manager for NVR, parent company of Ryan Homes, you'll help us create, manage and analyze marketing campaigns to help us sell our homes, connecting house-hunting prospects with a new dream home! You'll work alongside our sales management teams to keep advertised information current, compliant, and customer friendly.

What You'll Do

Make an impact: As a member of the NVR & Ryan Homes Marketing Team, you will impact the customer and employee experience with meaningful analysis and marketing & conversion recommendations that support achieving sales goals.

Grow: In this role, you will learn how to analyze and influence marketing performance issues at macro and micro-levels.

Drive change: With a focus on community-level sales results you will identify trends, provide feedback and make recommendations for improvements, tools and content.

Direct Management: You will supervise a team of Marketing professionals.

We are looking for 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with Project Management experience being a plus. Most importantly we are looking for a good communicator who loves to learn, so feel free to put yourself out there - we want to meet you!
