Job Summary
The Channel Marketing Program Manager is responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through strategic partnerships-primarily within the real estate channel. This role blends program management, marketing execution, and business development to expand referral networks, increase partner participation, and deliver measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and an execution-focused operator who can manage campaigns, analyze performance data, and build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Channel Growth
Own and scale the real estate referral channel, increasing partner enrollment and engagement
Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand market reach
Marketing & Campaign Execution
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, events, and print
Partner with agencies and vendors to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
Manage events, trade shows, promotional initiatives, and seasonal campaigns
Business Development & Partner Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and strategic partners
Lead presentations, onboarding sessions, and partner training programs
Generate leads through networking, outreach, and prospecting
Analytics & Performance Management
Track KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization areas
Provide reporting and insights to leadership on growth initiatives
Program Operations
Manage referral platforms, onboarding processes, and incentive/reward programs
Ensure seamless coordination across marketing, sales, and operations teams
Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables across cross-functional initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
5-10 years of experience in program management, marketing, or business development
Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience collaborating cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and operations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate, utilities, or regulated/retail energy markets
Experience in referral, affiliate, or loyalty programs
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
Experience with digital marketing, social media, or community building
Exposure to financial analysis, forecasting, or revenue modeling
Work Environment & Expectations
Hybrid schedule (4 days in-office/field)
50-60% local travel for partner meetings, events, and presentations
Frequent interaction with external partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Hands-on role requiring event setup, in-person presentations, and active field engagement

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
