The US SME Managed Customer Marketing team deepens relationships with prospects and existing customers by offering powerful backing and financial support to Small & Middle Market businesses. This team partners closely with customer facing teams and product owners.
The Senior Analyst, Collateral Marketing will report to the Senior Manager, who owns collateral strategy, and is responsible for bringing that strategy to life through the development, delivery, and maintenance of marketing collateral.
This role supports the end-to-end execution of a diverse set of assets-including one-pagers, videos, infographics, and other digital sales enablement materials-designed for use by field teams in customer and prospect interactions. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational rigor and attention to detail with a creative mindset, ensuring content is both compliant and engaging.
The role requires managing multiple projects across a highly cross-functional environment, partnering with Product, Field, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and external creative agencies. This individual will ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible, enabling field teams to effectively communicate product and solution value.
Success in this role will be measured by the ability to consistently deliver high-quality, compliant collateral and meet key launch dates.
Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring the end-to-end execution and ongoing maintenance of 40+ collateral assets, ensuring all materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business priorities
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and creative agencies to develop, and deliver engaging, high-quality sales enablement content
Apply creative thinking to support the translation of product information into clear, compelling, and customer-friendly materials
Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, approvals, and deliverables are met within a highly regulated environment
Maintain content workflows, trackers, and processes to drive efficiency and visibility
Ensure all collateral is readily accessible for field team use
Leverage performance insights and stakeholder feedback to recommend content improvements and enhancements
Support budget management in partnership with team Director
Qualifications
2+ years of relevant work experience in executing content creation and/or sales enablement
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and compliance
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to independently drive work forward
Demonstrated ability to balance structured processes with creative problem-solving
Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and feedback to inform recommendations
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build effective working relationships
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) a plus
Bachelor's degree required
