Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
The Integrated Marketing Strategy team works on complex, integrated marketing campaign development and support internal clients and business partners to ensure marketing strategies deliver results based on business objectives. The Integrated Marketing Director, Strategy develops and implements the strategy for complex integrated marketing campaigns to achieve specific business objectives. Develops and manages fully integrated marketing campaigns in all channels including offline, digital, social and experiential. Partners and collaborates with senior business and marketing leaders on the development of broad-based integrated marketing strategies and campaigns. This job manages others.
What Will You Do?
Manages complex integrated marketing campaigns in all channels including offline, online and experiential.
Builds internal consensus and support for marketing campaigns designed to enhance and grow the business profitably.
Provides clear, thoughtful and strategic marketing recommendations to meet business objectives.
Develops strategic and executional approaches for longer term (cross year/cross business) projects which have a significant impact on business units.
Leads the execution and oversight of designated campaigns with cross functional teams in a collaborative environment.
Responsible for developing marketing strategy and creative briefs grounded in insights and to provide thought starters to the creative teams.
Effectively communicates to all levels within the organization and maintains presence in group presentations.
Uses written and verbal communication to effectively inform, brief, persuade, and summarize across all internal, external and client audiences.
Manages integrated marketing staff to achieve results through strong talent development, performance management, and clear objective and goal setting.
Embraces the adoption of agile marketing techniques with an ability to work within an agile environment.
Oversees multiple agency relationships and manages their integration within the organization to maximize their effectiveness.
Maintains a focus on being able to keep abreast of marketing changes and trends through professional growth opportunities (training, conferences, webinars, seminars).
Understands brand standards and ensures compliance with brand guidelines.
Provides clear and thoughtful feedback on creative work, inspires creative talent, and ensures outcomes are grounded in approved strategies.
Provides new ideas based on thorough understanding of business objectives.
Provides strategic and thoughtful input to senior managers in developing and establishing integrated marketing campaigns.
Responsible for providing thoughtful and strategic input into the development of content.
Ensures that overall budgets and timelines are realistically set and attained.
Advises partners on priorities and trade-offs based on budget and logistical limitations and/or makes recommendations on additional/alternative resources.
Work involves broad latitude for decision-making to drive goal attainment.
Manages day-to-day workflow of employees giving direction, training and performance feedback.
Accountable for developing integrated marketing campaigns, driving new processes to optimize quality and efficiency and/or conducting external market research/surveys.
Can establish and on-board new vendor relationships.
Recommends short-term and long-term strategies to optimize media investments.
Is knowledgeable about advertising and media platforms and trends.
Reviews and recommends all advertising media buys for business units.
Works with Data and Analytics team to develop methods and processes to track effectiveness of implemented programs.
Manages day-to-day agency partners and manages those relationships for maximum effectiveness.
Provides input to agency performance assessments.
Collaborates and influences corporate and business teams to align around shared objectives.
Effectively communicates with all constituents (bottom up and top down).
Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
8+ years of experience in advertising, marketing or related field.
Strong project management skills, and working knowledge of project management tools and/or software packages.
Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital advertising platforms, including social media.
Strong computer skills; expert knowledge of PowerPoint.
Proven track record working with and managing multiple clients and internal teams working on marketing campaigns and creative development.
Able to successfully work in a matrix organization.
Proven ability to build and lead strong internal team/client relationships and effectively motivate teams.
Exceptional project management skills.
Excellent organizational ability with strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task assignments.
Strong analytic skills and ability to make sound decisions.
Strong oral, written and presentation skills.

What is a Must Have?
5 years of experience in Marketing or related field.
1 year of leadership or team lead experience.
Bachelor's degree.
