Job Description

Cleveland Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Physical Therapy Technician to join our fun, energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and is eager to support both clinical and front office operations.

Assist physical therapists with patient care and treatment setup

Apply hot and cold therapy packs as directed

Maintain and organize therapy equipment and treatment areas

Ensure the clinic remains clean, safe, and welcoming for patients

Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients professionally

Schedule appointments and coordinate patient communication

Perform data entry and general administrative duties

Support front office operations as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in a medical setting preferred, ideally within a physical or occupational therapy clinic

Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, caring, and patient-focused approach

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
