Overview
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in partnering with leadership to drive business decisions related to personnel and organizational effectiveness. You will provide strategic and tactical HR support to Epsilon's Client Success and Services teams, ensuring alignment between people strategy and business goals. Through active listening, coaching, and sound advice, you will foster trusted relationships with leaders, managers, and employees to promote engagement, performance, and growth.
Responsibilities
What You'll Achieve
You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and annual HR programs. You will help build a positive and productive workplace culture through collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication. In this role, you will:
Lead and support HR initiatives such as talent management, annual merit reviews, recognition programs, and employee engagement activities.
Serve as a coach to leaders on organizational design and complex people related matters, in partnership with HR leadership.
Partner with leadership to deliver feedback, manage employee relations, and ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Learning & Development to deliver a seamless HR experience.
Use HR analytics and reporting to identify trends and develop data-driven recommendations that enhance productivity, morale, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with management and employees to improve work relationships, drive engagement, and strengthen performance.
Coach and advise leaders on organizational effectiveness and complex people matters.
Conduct investigations and manage disciplinary actions, reductions in force (RIFs), and terminations with professionalism and compliance.
Coach and advise employees and managers on performance improvement and conflict resolution.
Coordinate employee transfers, promotions, and organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions.
Serve as the first point of contact for HR matters and provide on-site support for local office initiatives.
Run and analyze HRIS reports (e.g., turnover, recognition, promotion data) to support business needs.
Conduct exit interviews and share actionable insights with leadership.
Lead and contribute to HR projects, org restructuring, workforce planning, and succession management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience .
Solid understanding of HR laws, policies, and standards .
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems ( SAP preferred ).
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills .
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Willingness to travel occasionally and support in-person office initiatives.

Base Salary: $89,300.00 - $165,800.00
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
