The Airborne Multi-Mission Integration and Test division is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer with TMAAS experience to support the Advanced Airborne Sensor (AAS) program. In this onsite role, you will lead the development, integration, testing, and deployment of advanced hardware and software systems, ensuring they meet customer requirements from concept to post-deployment. This is a fast-paced opportunity to collaborate across disciplines and contribute to cutting-edge aerospace and defense technologies. This is an Onsite role in Dallas, Texas
What You Will Do
Test system software and hardware in an integration lab environment.
Develop engineering and production-ready software for fleet operations.
Partner with development, hardware, software, and production teams to create and execute test procedures for final system verification.
Troubleshoot system-level issues across all TMAAS platforms worldwide.
Build aircraft media sets for both ground and flight testing.
Perform post-mission processing and data dissemination for government and partner analyst teams.
Support testing, validation, and integration activities throughout the program lifecycle.
Create and run test plans, assess system functions and interfaces, and validate requirements prior to customer sell-off.
Assist with production, deployment, and fielding activities to ensure product performance and reliability.
Work cross-functionally to identify and resolve complex hardware and software system challenges.
Test event support activity may require travel which is not expected to exceed 10%.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline (preferably Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or Physics) with a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant systems engineering experience
Two or more years of TMAAS systems engineering test and Integration experience
Experience with SELinux, ATOMS processing, and TMAAS system configuration
Active and transferable U.S. government issued DoD Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
Advanced degree in a STEM discipline
Experience handling cryptographic equipment.
Understanding of cross-functional coordination with customers and external vendors
Security+ certification
Experience with scripting and tool development
Skilled in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
Experience with configuration management
Familiarity with Matlab/Simulink, DOORS, DNG, Cameo, Jira, and Confluence

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
