Data Entry Clerk (Mailroom Support)

Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview

Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to support mailroom operations and document processing. This role requires strong accuracy, speed, and the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-volume data entry with strong accuracy and speed (WPM & 10-key required)

Index and process return checks with precision

Print, sort, and process letters using mailroom equipment

Support wage garnishment document handling and processing

Operate and maintain mailroom equipment efficiently

Complete CAPTIVA OCR (Optical Character Recognition) audits for document validation

Ensure all processing targets and deadlines are consistently met

Maintain organized records and filing systems

Handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Proven data entry experience with high accuracy required

Strong typing speed (WPM) and 10-key proficiency

Experience with mailroom operations and equipment preferred

Ability to meet strict production goals and deadlines

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

Familiarity with OCR systems (CAPTIVA preferred) is a plus

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
