NSRs, with 2 to 3 years' experience, have an on target annual earnings of $75,000 to $150,000+ including a base salary range of $50,00.00 to $57,00.00. Top earners $200k+

What You'll Do

As a National Sales Representative, you'll be a trusted partner helping customers discover transportation solutions that truly make a difference. Core responsibilities:

Managing a pipeline of prospects from outreach to close

Building strong relationships with customers and internal business partners

Conducting needs assessments and presenting tailored solutions

Meeting (and exceeding!) revenue, activity, and performance goals

Collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams

Maintaining clean CRM records and accurate forecasting

Representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Skillset for Success

Driven by results and motivated by uncapped potential

A strong communicator - persuasive, professional, and confident

Comfortable handling outbound calls, customer meetings, and presentations

Experienced in sales (or eager to learn with transferable skills)

Organized, disciplined, and proactive with follow-through

Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
