As a Security Officer Dispatch Security Clearance in King Of Prussia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. In this role, you will monitor alarms and communications, coordinate responses to security-related incidents, document activity, and provide exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $28.58 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, handling incoming calls, and communicating security-related information in a professional manner.

Monitor dispatch systems, radio traffic, alarms, and/or other communication channels, and relay information to assigned personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations by documenting details, prioritizing calls for service, and coordinating appropriate security-related response activities.

Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and dispatch records to support daily operations within a fast-paced aerospace and defense location.

Conduct regular and random patrol support activities through remote monitoring, status checks, and communication with field personnel, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
