Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

The role involves marking pipes using a measuring tape and pen, cutting them with a hacksaw, cleaning the pipes with a solution and cloth, wiping down welded pipes with a steel sponge, and packaging the pipes in poly-tubes for shipment.

Responsibilities

Mark pipes accurately using a measuring tape and pen.

Cut pipes using a hacksaw.

Clean pipe surfaces to remove pen marks using a cleaning solution and cloth.

Wipe down welded pipes with a steel sponge.

Package prepared pipes in poly-tubes, seal, and label them for shipment.

Work Environment

Work in a clean and quiet small machine shop environment, with a team of 6 people on the production team and 2 in the warehouse team. The role follows a Monday to Friday schedule, from 7am to 4:30pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
