MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to join our team in STAFFORD, VA.

The Executive Assistant will leverage their strong organizational and administrative background to support senior leadership, ensuring seamless daily operations, managing complex calendars, and facilitating communication across the organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage complex executive calendars and schedule high-priority meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.

Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely correspondence.

Prepare, edit, and proofread high-level briefings, reports, and sensitive administrative documentation.

Coordinate logistics for organizational events, board meetings, and official visits to ensure mission success.

Maintain efficient filing systems and track action items to ensure all deadlines and requirements are met.

Handle confidential information with discretion while maintaining a robust library of administrative records.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in administrative or executive support. A total of 7 years' experience without a degree.

Significant experience managing executive-level schedules and complex travel logistics within a fast-paced environment.

Significant experience drafting and editing professional business correspondence and technical reports.

Experience with office productivity suites and document management tools to maintain organized digital and physical records.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or similar professional certification.

Experience supporting leadership within a government contracting or military environment.

Self-starter with excellent people skills - able to work across teams and manage competing priorities effectively.

Clearance Requirements:

An active Secret security clearance is required.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able and willing to perform occasional manual labor and warehouse duties, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
