What You Will Do :

Leverage program and project management skills to assist Department efforts to build integrated, cohesive management capabilities that provide real-time insights and great leadership visibility and control

Work across and within organizational boundaries to build coalitions, identify shared objectives, and generate momentum

Standardize and mature all daily business workflows and operations, utilizing templates, streamlined mechanisms, and new platforms as needed

Embed with operational components and rapidly develop an understanding of their complex missions, key initiatives, resource deployment, master schedules, and related elements

Work with management to identify and execute against opportunities to improve business processes across the board

What You Will Need :

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph

Bachelor's Degree; FOUR (4) years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree

Minimum EIGHT (8) years of experience serving in program and project management roles

What Would Be Nice To Have :

TEN (10)+ years of experience in program and project management roles

Master's degree

PMP certification

A passion for building collaborative relationships and working toward shared mission aims

An ability to operate autonomously with limited oversight

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
