5-15 years of experience in strategic enterprise technology sales within high-tech industries
Strong background selling into Health & Science organizations including enterprise pharma, biotech, med tech, healthcare, or life sciences companies
Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles and large strategic accounts
Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand sophisticated infrastructure requirements, customer challenges, and solution architectures
Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams including engineering, product, legal, finance, and executive leadership
Expertise negotiating enterprise agreements and building complex commercial contracts
Strong communication, presentation, and executive relationship management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple high-value opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling high performance computing (HPC), AI infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, GPU compute, or related technologies
Familiarity with technical computing environments supporting life sciences and scientific research workloads
Experience supporting organizations running computational chemistry, molecular modeling, genomics, drug discovery, simulation, or AI-driven research platforms
Knowledge of industry regulatory frameworks, data governance, and compliance standards relevant to healthcare and life sciences

Successful candidates will bring a builder mentality and be excited to help define OCI's long-term growth strategy within the Health & Science industry. Should be comfortable operating autonomously, influencing across organizations, and driving transformational outcomes with both customers and internal stakeholders.
This role requires someone who can think strategically at the executive level while remaining deeply engaged in the day-to-day execution of complex enterprise opportunities.
Responsibilities
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a high-performing Global Account Manager to lead strategic AI Infrastructure sales across global enterprise Health & Science organizations. This role will focus on driving OCI adoption within leading pharmaceutical, biotech, med tech, healthcare, and life sciences enterprises worldwide.
This position expands from a North America-focused territory to a global scope, requiring strong executive presence, enterprise sales leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive large-scale AI infrastructure initiatives and long-term strategic partnerships.
Lead strategic AI Infrastructure sales initiatives across global enterprise Health & Science accounts
Identify, develop, and close new strategic enterprise opportunities within pharma, biotech, med tech, healthcare, and related industries
Own executive-level customer relationships and drive long-term account growth strategies
Partner closely with OCI sales teams, engineering, architecture, product, and support organizations to deliver customer success throughout the full account lifecycle
Collaborate deeply with OCI engineering teams on pre-sales strategy, technical solution alignment, post-sales engagement, service delivery, and customer satisfaction initiatives
Drive complex enterprise pursuits involving AI infrastructure, high performance computing (HPC), GPU compute, and other IaaS/PaaS services
Manage highly complex sales cycles including negotiations, enterprise agreements, procurement processes, and contract development
Understand and navigate industry-specific regulations, compliance requirements, and operational standards relevant to Health & Science organizations
Develop strategic account plans and execute against aggressive revenue growth objectives
Serve as a trusted advisor to customer executives, technical leaders, researchers, and operational stakeholders

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $126,600 to $207,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
