Supply Chain Coordinator - T-45 program - Madison, MS

Job Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and control a master requirements schedule by balancing customer requirements with parts availability

Communicate requirements and delivery schedule changes to stakeholders, including external customers

Analyze potential impact of delivery schedule changes as they relate to customer milestones

Responsible for developing and delivering customer briefings regarding order status and fiscal position

Responsible for compiling and analyzing material, financial, and data requirements from across the multiple program sites to ensure company and contractual requirements are met

Collaborate with stakeholders, operations and supply chain management to appropriately manage requirements, acquisition and delivery schedules

Act as the key contact for analysis of new orders, change orders from customers

Perform demand and delivery analysis; Work with procurement to establish a delivery schedule for each order and communicate/resolve issues related to discrepancies between the requested and promised due date

Assist other team members as needed to ensure customer needs are met

Qualifications / Education / Experience

H/S Diploma and +4 years of related work experience OR education/experience equivalent.

Effective analytical, planning and organizational skills

Effective interpersonal skills with coworkers and customers

Effective oral and written communication skills

Desirable Qualifications

Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel especially)

Experience with Power BI reporting generation
