Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
This role supports daily warehouse operations by performing shipping and receiving activities, stocking and organizing inventory, and ensuring accurate order processing. You will work in a fast-paced environment, using RF scanning technology and manual material handling equipment to keep products flowing efficiently and safely through the facility.
Responsibilities
Perform shipping and receiving duties, including unloading incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders.
Stock shelves and maintain organized storage areas to ensure products are easy to locate and access.
Sort packages and organize items according to established procedures and locations.
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring items are properly labeled and secured.
Use RF scanners and RF scan guns to scan, label, and mark products and locations for accurate inventory tracking.
Conduct basic inventory tasks such as counting, verifying, and recording stock levels.
Operate manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment to move products safely throughout the warehouse.
Load and unload materials from pallets, carts, and staging areas as required.
Follow all safety procedures while working in narrow aisles with forklifts and hand carts operating nearby.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free work area to support efficient operations and safety.
Adhere to all company policies regarding the use of electronics and personal items in the warehouse.
Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Essential Skills
0-6 months of related warehouse, general labor, or material handling experience.
Experience with basic warehouse tasks such as shipping, receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and sorting.
Ability to use RF scanners or RF scan guns for scanning, labeling, and inventory tracking.
Comfort with operating manual pallet jacks and performing physical material handling.
Capability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with moving equipment and narrow aisles.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking, packing, and inventory counts.
Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions consistently.
High School Diploma or GED.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous warehouse production experience, including packing boxes and picking orders, preferred.
Experience with shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading materials, is a plus.
Familiarity with inventory control practices and basic scanner operations is beneficial.
Interest in learning to operate warehouse trucks and equipment; training and certification on CROWN trucks will be provided upon permanent hire.
Ability to adapt to varying temperatures and physical demands throughout the workday.

Work Environment
This role is based in a fast-paced warehouse environment with narrow aisles where forklifts and hand carts move rapidly in clearly defined, safety-conscious directions. The facility enforces a no-cellphone and no-electronics policy on the warehouse floor to maintain focus and safety. Temperature conditions vary with the seasons: the warehouse is heated in the winter to around 60 degrees, and it can become very warm in the summer, with fans and water coolers placed throughout to help keep workers comfortable. Team members should dress in light, breathable layers appropriate for changing temperatures. Acceptable footwear includes sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes, while open-toe shoes, sandals, flats, and heels are not permitted.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $20.25/hr.
