Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant 3 to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant 3, you will be part of the Data & AI Security Marketing team supporting executive management and team operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant 3

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $28.49 - $30.73 per hour

What's the Job?

Manage and coordinate complex calendars for multiple executives, including scheduling meetings and appointments.

Support team operations by preparing and organizing documentation, presentations, and reports.

Coordinate travel arrangements and expense processing for team members.

Assist in planning and executing team events and offsite meetings.

Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.

What's Needed?

5-7 years of experience supporting executives or in a similar administrative role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong calendar management and scheduling skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Experience with supporting fast-paced teams and managing multiple priorities.
