Job Title: Clean Room Operator
Job Description
This role focuses on assembling biomedical textile products in a clean room environment, using precision tools and following strict documentation and quality standards. You will perform detailed assembly work that requires careful fitting, alignment, and adjustment of parts while maintaining accurate records for all products.
Responsibilities
Perform clean room assembly of biomedical textile products according to established procedures and work instructions.
Fit, align, and adjust parts to meet precise specifications and quality requirements.
Use magnifiers, micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools to inspect and verify component dimensions and finished assemblies.
Document all products accurately, including recording measurements, test results, and production data.
Follow clean room protocols, including proper gowning, handling, and contamination control procedures.
Inspect components and finished products for defects and ensure they meet medical device quality standards.
Apply basic math skills to perform measurements, calculations, and documentation entries.
Read and interpret written instructions, labels, and documentation in English to complete work accurately.
Support production and manufacturing processes by maintaining organization, cleanliness, and compliance within the clean room.
Complete and pass required warehouse or production-related tests as part of the qualification process.
Essential Skills
Prior experience with medical device assembly in a clean room environment.
Proven clean room assembly experience, particularly with textile-based products.
Ability to read and write in English to follow instructions and complete documentation.
Strong basic math skills for measurements and production documentation.
Experience using micrometers, calipers, magnifiers, and related inspection tools.
Attention to detail for fitting, alignment, and adjustment of small or precise components.
Capability to document all products accurately and consistently.
Ability to pass required warehouse or production-related tests.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working with biomedical textiles or implantable medical devices.
Manufacturing, production, or cleanroom assembly roles experience.
Familiarity with inspection and quality control processes for medical devices.
Comfort working with precision instruments and small components.
Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and orderly work areas.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
